    These easy Instant Pot and slow cooker recipes for one are quick dinners that you assemble quickly and let your cooker do all the work. They're either one serving or taste just as good as leftovers.

    Cooking for one can feel like a chore. If it does feel that way, you just need easy recipes that don't require much effort. That's where these recipes come in. All you have to do is throw all the ingredients in the bowl, maybe sautee a couple ingredients, and let your Instant Pot or slow cooker do all the work so you can have dinner ready in 30-60 minutes and do anything else while it's cooking.

    Instant Pot Chicken and Mushroom Soup
    This creamy, comforting chicken and mushroom soup with wild rice is the perfect winter recipe to warm up with. It just takes about 15 minutes hands-on time and is ready to eat in about 50 minutes. Use frozen chicken to make it even easier!

    This Instant Pot steamed white fish recipe is the easiest way to cook fish. Not only is it easy, but it comes out tender, flaky, and perfect in less than 15 minutes. Oh and did I mention that you can cook cod, tilapia, or halibut this way from frozen? No need to plan ahead or defrost it before cooking.
