Sautee vegetables in oil for 5 minutes

Add hashbrowns and oil, cook until crispy.

STEP 3

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Pour eggs over vegetable mixture. Stir until eggs are cooked. Add to tortilla.

Top with cheese.

Use larger tortillas, wrap each individually, and freeze. Microwave and enjoy when ready.
