This easy buffalo chicken flatbread recipe is tangy, spicy, and cheesy. It's perfect if you've got precooked chicken and a few random vegetables that need to be eaten up, plus it only takes about 15 minutes to make.
(optional) Sautee sliced onions before cooking flatbread. Place small saucepan over medium-low heat, pour olive oil into pan, then add sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes, or until soft and translucent.
