Cheesy 'Roasted' Garlic Mashed  Potatoes

GREAT FOR EASTER!

INGREDIENTS

Russet potato        cheddar cheese Salt                        chives Garlic                     milk Greek yogurt

STEP 1

Boil potatoes, cook until they're soft, about 15-20 minutes.

STEP 2

Drain water. Return potatoes to stock pot.

'Roasted' Garlic  HACK!

Cook garlic cloves for 15 mins on the stove.

STEP 4

Add milk, yogurt, cheese to make it extra creamy

STEP 5

Mash until desired smoothness

STEP 6

Top with fresh or dried chives.
