INGREDIENTS

pork shoulder salt, pepper onion garlic water

STEP 1

Cut a pork shoulder into 2-3 pieces. Spray bottom of Instant Pot bowl with cooking spray. Add pork pieces, salt, and pepper. Add  white onion and garlic then add water to bowl.

STEP 2

Cover with lid, and set to MEAT/STEW setting and set timer to 40-50 minutes.

STEP 3

When timer goes off, open valve to quick release steam. Once steam is done releasing, open lid.

STEP 4

Transfer meat to a bowl to shred. Refrigerate for later or add to dish immediately to eat.

Enjoy as a pulled pork sandwich, tacos, salad, or sandwich.
