CITRUSY WARM KALE SALAD

This easy 10 minute warm kale salad is a tangy, crunchy, and a great recipe to reduce food waste. It's got a light citrusy dressing that goes well with lots of main dishes. 

Butter Onion Garlic Kale Lime juice or lemon juice Parmesan cheese

INGREDIENTS

Chop up kale, thinly slice red onion.

STEP 1

Sautee red onion, until translucent.

STEP 2

Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped kale. Cook another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 3

Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

STEP 4

Serve with a pan fried pork chop, tofu, scrambled eggs, or salami + your favorite grain for a full meal.
