ingredients

olive oil           milk onion               Greek yogurt garlic                broth asparagus

STEP 1

Take out yogurt, Heat olive oil in pot. Add onions, sautee, then add garlic and asparagus. Sautee.

Add broth, simmer 15-20 minutes. Cook until asparagus is fork tender.

STEP 2

Add milk, then blend until desired consistency.

STEP 3

Top soup with Greek yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 4

Serve with grilled cheese or crusty bread.
