EASY OVERNIGHT OATS TEMPLATE

Prep overnight oats in just 5 minutes. This quick breakfast has oats, yogurt, milk, fruit, seeds, and peanut butter powder in it. It's as easy as the drive-thru, but less expensive.

Greek yogurt Banana (optional) Oats Chia seeds Peanut butter powder (optional) Frozen berries Milk Sweetener

INGREDIENTS

Add Greek yogurt, banana, old fashioned rolled oats to a mason jar or travel bowl, layer in fruit, peanut butter powder, and chia seeds (in no particular order).

STEP 1

Cover oats with milk of choice.

STEP 2

Cover with lid. Refrigerate 2 hours- 4 days.

STEP 3

Stir and enjoy hot or cold.
