Easy Sauteed Kale Salad

great for easter dinner!

STEP 1

Chop up kale, and thinly slice red onion.

STEP 2

Sautee red onion until translucent and soft

STEP 3

Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped kale. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring kale occasionally.

STEP 4

Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

STEP 5

Serve with a pan fried pork chop, tofu, scrambled eggs, or salami + your favorite grain for a full meal.
