easy grilled sandwich

INGREDIENTS

frozen Wild Blueberries whole grain dijon  chia seeds            bread brie                      arugula turkey

STEP 1

Make blueberry mustard: combine thawed Wild Blueberries, dijon, chia seeds. Set aside to thicken.

STEP 2

Make sandwich by placing brie, turkey on one slice of bread, then place second slice on top. Cook in saucepan with butter.

STEP 3

Remove sandwich from saucepan. Remove top slice of bread. Spoon mustard on top, add handful of arugula. Enjoy.
