1. make whatever* you want, when you want (of course not always possible, but easier than cooking for others' preferences)
2. Can be less stressful
3. More flexibility!
1. eat alone- enjoy a show, podcast, book while eating
2. not 'worth it'-address what you don't like about the process.
3. Food waste- focus on 1-2 veg in the week, reuse in more recipes.
Having some sort of plan is helpful.
-Instead of meal prepping, try to cook extra of basics when you're already cooking.
-Have a well stocked pantry/fridge/freezer.
