INSTANT POT CORNED BEEF and CABBAGE

Celebrate St Patrick's day with this 5 ingredient Instant Pot corned beef and cabbage. It takes 10 minutes hands-on time and is done in about 2 hours.

INGREDIENTS

Place corned beef in bottom of instant pot, pour spices over beef. Add water. Set to SEALING.

STEP 1

MEAT/STEW setting, set time for 60 minutes on high pressure. Let pressure release naturally. Keep 2 cups of cooking liquid, discard remaining liquid.

STEP 2

While pressure is releasing, chop green cabbage, carrots, and potatoes into similar sized pieces.

STEP 3

Remove beef from pot. Place steamer basket in pot, add vegetables. Select the STEAM setting, and cook 3 minutes on high pressure.

STEP 4

Quick release valve when time goes off. Slice beef and serve with steamed vegetables

STEP 5

Enjoy immediately. Store in airtight container for leftovers.
