LEMON HERB COUSCOUS

Lemon herb couscous is an easy 10 minute side dish. It's quick, flavorful, and a great way to use up herbs in the fridge. It makes 2 servings for even easier leftovers for the week.

Couscous Chicken bouillon Water Salt Lemon Juice Fresh Herbs

INGREDIENTS

Bring water to a boil. Once water is at a rolling boil, turn off heat and remove pot from heat.

STEP 1

Add couscous, chicken bouillon, and salt to boiling water. Stir and cover for 5 minutes. Chop parsley, set aside.

STEP 2

Stir to fluff couscous. Once all water has been absorbed, add in parsley and lemon juice. Stir.

STEP 3

Enjoy warm. Serve with fish, chicken breast, pork chop, etc.
