PANKO CRUSTED PORK CHOP for one

This 20 minute, one pan panko pork chop with vegetables is such an easy dinner for one. Crispy panko breading adds a nice crunch to a tender pork chop.

Oil Egg Panko   Italian seasoning Pork chop  Yukon gold potato Green beans Parmesan cheese Lemon (optional)

INGREDIENTS

 Whisk egg in a shallow bowl. Add panko and Italian seasoning to another shallow bowl.

STEP 1

Dip pork chop into egg, flip and cover entire pork chop with egg.

STEP 2

Press into panko on both sides.

STEP 3

Add pork chop and potatoes to hot skillet with oil. Cook 6 minutes on each side.

STEP 4

Add green beans when you flip pork chop. Cook until 145 degrees F.

STEP 5

Let pork rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into it.

STEP 6

Add vegetables and pork chop to plate. Top with a squeeze of lemon (optional), parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper to taste.
