carrots fresh and dried dill garlic white vinegar water sugar salt

STEP 1

Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt to bowl, cover, microwave.

STEP 2

peel and quarter carrots

STEP 3

Cut carrots so they are all submerged under the liquid

STEP 4

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Store for a couple weeks.
