This refreshing 5 minute pineapple and cucumber smoothie is a tasty and tangy green smoothie makes for a quick light breakfast or snack. It's filled with tart pineapple, cucumber, spinach, ripe banana, yogurt, milk and tangy lime.

Frozen pineapple Frozen ripe banana Spinach English cucumber Coconut milk Plain yogurt Lime juice Flaxseed

INGREDIENTS

Add frozen pineapple chunks, frozen ripe banana, spinach leaves,  English cucumber, milk, plain yogurt, and lime juice to blender jar.

STEP 1

Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if desired. Blend again if needed.

STEP 2

Pour into glass. Enjoy immediately.

STEP 3

Add additional milk/cream, yogurt, flaxseeds, if desired. Enjoy.
