Make this high protein granola ahead of time to have quick and easy breakfasts for the week. It just takes 25 minutes to whip up this crunchy, nutty, chocolaty granola.
Add rolled oats to large mixing bowl, drizzle honey/peanut butter mixture into oats. Add peanut butter powder, sliced nuts, chia/flax seeds, and chocolate chips to oats. Mix together until honey/peanut butter mixture coats all the other ingredients.
Remove cookies from oven, let cool for 3-5 minutes on the pan. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, spoon a dollop of chocolate on each cookie and spread out to cover the top of the cookie. Transfer to a cooling rack. Cool completely.
