INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour honey and peanut butter into small mixing bowl, microwave for 10 seconds until honey and peanut butter are warm.

STEP 1

Add rolled oats to large mixing bowl, drizzle honey/peanut butter mixture into oats. Add peanut butter powder, sliced nuts, chia/flax seeds, and chocolate chips to oats. Mix together until honey/peanut butter mixture coats all the other ingredients.

STEP 2

Spread out on a baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes. Stir to break apart, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

STEP 3

Remove and let cool on the counter. Transfer to glass jar when cooled.

STEP 4

Remove cookies from oven, let cool for 3-5 minutes on the pan. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, spoon a dollop of chocolate on each cookie and spread out to cover the top of the cookie. Transfer to a cooling rack. Cool completely.
