QUICK PICKLED DILL CARROTS

TANGY GAME DAY SNACK

Need a quick, crunchy, and tangy game day snack? These quick pickled dill carrots are just what you need. They take minutes to assemble, and are easy to enjoy on game day.

Water White vinegar Granulated sugar Fine salt Carrots Garlic Fresh dill weed Dried dill

INGREDIENTS

Add water, white vinegar, sugar, fine salt to a glass jar or bowl. Cover. Microwave for 60-90 seconds, until sugar, and salt is dissolved. Stir.

STEP 1

While heating pickling liquid, cut ends off of carrots, then peel. Cut carrots into bite sized slices.

STEP 2

Add carrots, garlic clove, dill weed, and dried dill to jar. Add lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably 24 before enjoying.

STEP 3

Add the jar to your game day spread, place small tongs in the jar to prevent contamination.
