QUICK SAUTEED KALE SALAD

This easy 10 minute warm kale salad is a tangy, crunchy, and a great recipe to reduce food waste. 

Butter Onion Garlic Kale Lime juice or lemon juice Parmesan cheese

INGREDIENTS

Chop up kale, and thinly slice red onion.

STEP 1

Sautee red onion, until translucent.

STEP 2

Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped kale. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 3

Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

STEP 4

Serve with a pan fried pork chop, tofu, scrambled eggs, or salami + your favorite grain for a full meal.
