INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Shred cabbage and carrots with a mandolin. If you don't have a mandolin, cut the cabbage with a knife, and shred carrots on a grater
STEP 2
Add 1 T sugar, 3 T red wine vinegar, 2 T olive oil, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp pepper to large mixing bowl. Mix together with fork or tongs
STEP 3
– Add 2 c shredded cabbages and 2 carrots (shredded) to bowl. Mix well, let sit or refrigerate for at least 10 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to combine.
