broccoli mushrooms oil salt/pepper

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 425 deg.  Wash and chop vegetables.

STEP 2

Transfer vegetables to a baking sheet. Add oil, salt, and pepper to vegetables. Toss.

STEP 3

Bake 10-20 minutes, toss half way through.
