Cook pasta according to box instructions. Drain pasta, remove from pan and set aside.

Melt butter in same pot over medium-low heat. Once melted, add flour, pinch of paprika (optional). Whisk until paste forms.

Once paste has formed, whisk in milk or cream. Whisk until smooth. Add shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
