Plain yogurt Spinach Frozen ripe banana Ground flaxseed  Lemon juice Water

INGREDIENTS

Add ingredients to blender jar: plain yogurt, granny smith apple, spinach, frozen ripe banana, ground flaxseed, lemon juice, water.

STEP 1

Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if desired. Blend again if needed

STEP 2

Pour into glass. Enjoy immediately.

STEP 3

Add additional cream, yogurt, flaxseeds, if desired. Enjoy.
