red onion jalapeno white vinegar water sugar salt

STEP 1

Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt to bowl, cover, microwave.

Slice red onion

Slice jalapeno.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Store for a couple weeks.
