Pour 1 cup 100% Pomegranate Juice, 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 Tablespoon diced shallot, and a pinch of salt into a medium sized mason jar. Shake.
If desired, cover pork loin with pomegranate balsamic vinegar to marinade or reduce into syrup to make an easy salad dressing.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days. Sniff it, if it still smells good and looks good, it should be ok to eat, even after 7 days.
