1 whole banana 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt or other favorite flavor 2 Tablespoons pecans chopped or whole 1 teaspoon+ maple syrup

Frozen Fruit and Granola Bowl : 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup frozen fruit (or fresh), ⅓-1/2 cup granola of choice
