Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

This strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie has 2 secret ingredients that make it better than any other smoothie. It's easy, quick and packed with protein.

  • Measuring Cups

  • ½ cup Plain or Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon Peanut butter powder or 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries


  • Add all ingredients to blender bowl: 1 med banana, ½ c Greek yogurt, ½ teaspoon peanut butter powder, 1 c orange juice, 1 c frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into large glass, drink immediately.



  • Use plain, vanilla, or another fruit flavored Greek yogurt
  • Substitute peanut butter powder with 1 T peanut butter
  • If you cook for one, consider keeping a can of orange juice concentrate in your freezer and spoon some out every time you want OJ or need it in a recipe.
