Biscoff Milkshake

A biscoff milkshake for one takes 5 minutes and 4 ingredients, so it's the perfect dessert when you need a quick dessert. Caramel and cinnamon flavors of Biscoff cookies and butter, blend together with creamy vanilla ice cream for a cool treat.

Equipment

  • High powered blender
  • Measuring cups, spoons
  • Large Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 5 Biscoff cookies or 10, if not using cookie butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon cookie butter optional

Instructions

  • Add 1 ½ cup vanilla ice cream, 5 Biscoff cookies, ¼ cup milk, and optional: 1 Tablespoon cookie butter. If not adding cookie butter, add 10 cookies instead.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
  • Optional: top with whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies

Notes

  • Optional: dip glass in cookie butter and then dip into crushed Biscoff cookies, just as you'd dip a cocktail glass in lime juice/salt, etc for garnish. 
  • Cookie butter is an optional ingredient because it adds just a bit of extra creaminess. Just use it if you really like it/already have it. Double the cookies if not using cookie butter for the same flavor.
  • Substitute Biscoff cookies and cookie butter for another brand, including Trader Joe's Speculoos cookies and cookie butter.
  • Additional add-in's: chocolate chips, fresh or frozen strawberries, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce.
