APPLE CRISP FOR ONE

This single serving apple crisp is the perfect easy fall dessert for one. It takes just 10 minutes to assemble, and about 30 to bake. 

Old fashioned oats Whole wheat flour Butter  Dark brown sugar Apple cider vinegar Salt Apple Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

Make Topping: Add the following to a small mixing bowl- rolled oats, whole wheat flour, dark brown sugar, softened butter, cinnamon, salt. Cut together with fork or your hands.

STEP 1

Make Apple Filling: Add the following ingredients to baking dish- dark brown sugar, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Stir together.

STEP 2

Peel apple if desired then, chop into bite sized pieces. Add to remaining apple filling ingredients. Toss until all apples are covered.

STEP 3

Spoon topping over apple filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until topping is golden brown and apples are bubbling.

STEP 4

Serve hot or at room temperature with ice cream, cream, or yogurt.
