Granny Smith apple Banana Frozen pineapple Spinach  Ginger Flax seeds Apple juice or water

INGREDIENTS

Layer in apple quarters, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, spinach, grated ginger, flax seeds, and liquid.

STEP 1

Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if desired. Blend again if needed.
