Homemade Shamrock Shake
Skip the drive-thru and use this homemade shamrock shake recipe for St Patrick's Day that's minty, delicious, and naturally colored green, plus it's ready to eat in just 5 minutes.
Servings 1 person
High powered blender
- 1 ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 Andes mints
- whipped cream
Add ½ c vanilla ice cream, 1 large handful spinach leaves, ¼ c milk, and 4 Andes mints to blender jar.
Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and another Andes mint.
The spinach leaves make this shake green, but don't add a spinach-y flavor, unless you add more than a handful.
Use any mint chocolate you like, or use mint chocolate chip ice cream.
