Banana, Maple, and Pecan Yogurt Bowl Recipe
This easy yogurt bowl recipe (maple pecan and banana bowl) will make mornings easier and more delicious, all you need is a few minutes and a few ingredients. You'll find a template to DIY a bowl and a few more recipes here too.

banana
▢

cup
plain or vanilla yogurt
or other favorite flavor
▢

Tablespoons
pecans
chopped or whole
▢

teaspoon+
maple syrup
Instructions
Slice banana.
Add to 1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans (or whole) over yogurt. Drizzle 1 teaspoon or more of maple syrup over yogurt bowl. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Try these other yogurt bowl recipes:
Frozen Fruit and Granola Bowl
: 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup frozen fruit (or fresh), ⅓-1/2 cup granola of choice
Blueberry Mango Coconut Bowl
: 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup blueberries and mango slices, 1-2 Tablespoons coconut pieces
Peanut Butter and Jelly Bowl:
1 cup yogurt, 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, 1-2 teaspoons jelly of choice, 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Use whatever kind of yogurt you like/have on hand. Plain/vanilla or fruit is usually best for these recipes.
Add additional sweetener if using plain, if desired.
swap frozen for fresh fruit, or visa versa. You can just use whatever fruit you like too. These recipes are easy to adapt.
Optional add-ins
: chocolate chips, flaxseeds, nut butter, dried fruit, etc.
