Quickly sautee some shrimp to add to your steak fajitas if you're running out of steak. These steak and shrimp fajitas are a great way to switch up your dinner without much effort or planning.

2-3frozen shrimp
1tablespoonlime juice
pinchsalt
tortillas
salsa (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
guacamole or sliced avocado (optional)
cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Reheat steak fajitas ingredients. While reheating ingredients, place a small saucepan over medium heat. Once hot place 2-3 frozen shrimp on saucepan, pour 1 T lemon juice and sprinkle a pinch of salt over shrimp. Cover with lid and steam for 3 minutes.
Turn shrimp and just cook until both sides are pink. Remove when both sides are pink. 2nd side may only take 1-2 minutes to cook through. Serve with remaining vegetables and sides from steak fajitas.
