10 minute breakfast

INGREDIENTS

eggs                        milk                       cheddar vegetables salt, pepper

STEP 1

Crack 2 eggs into a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 Tablespoons milk, beat with fork.

STEP 2

Add small handful of spinach, 1 Tablespoon-ish of cheese, salt and pepper to eggs.

STEP 3

Place egg mixture in the microwave. Cook on high for 1.5-2 minutes. Cook 30 seconds longer, if needed. Stir and enjoy.

Top with sliced tomatoes, any additional toppings.

STEP 4

Enjoy immediately at the table, on the way to work, or at your desk!
