    As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I provide information for educational and informational purposes only, I am not a medical doctor and this blog is not intended to provide medical advice.     On Nourish Nutrition Co, I may review products or services and share my opinion. Regardless of compensation, all thoughts and opinions are my own. If a product is reviewed for compensation, monetary or otherwise, this information will be disclosed. If I review a product for a company and do not like it, usually I will not share it on the blog, or I will discuss my thoughts with the company prior to posting. If I discuss a product and no financial ties are disclosed, that means there are no financial ties to disclose.

    The photography, recipes and content on this site are owned and copyrighted by me. I put a significant amount of time into crafting each post, developing and photographing recipes. If you would like to use a picture in a “linkup” style blog post, please feel free to do so as long as photo credit is given to Rebecca Clyde MS, RDN, CD from Nourish Nutrition Co and it links back to the post from which it was taken.

    When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

    An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

    MEDIA

    If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

    COOKIES

    If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

    If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
