Wondering if you could sub protein powder for the peanut butter powder? Or something else?
Rebecca Clyde MS, RDN, CD says
Sure, the flavor will be different, but using a fun flavored protein powder would taste great. Thanks for asking!
Joe says
How long will these last for in a sore tight jar?
Thank you 😊
Rebecca Clyde MS, RDN, CD says
It should last a couple weeks. I like to do the sniff test to see if something is good. If it smells appropriate, it should be good to eat. Enjoy!
