Make this easy healthy guac recipe if you've got an avocado that needs to be eaten STAT. It's super easy and uses ingredients you probably have on hand (assuming you freeze limes like me-it's a game changer!)
This easy guac is great on it's own with chips and/or with queso, but it's also great with veggie tacos, fish tacos, this queso burrito bowl, black bean taco pasta, and this quesadilla.

How do I make this healthy guacamole recipe?

Prepare the avocado by slicing it in half. Then thrust knife into pit, turn, and remove from avocado. Slice avocado in skin using the knife. Then spoon out avocado from the skin. Place in medium sized mixing bowl.
Expert Tip: Avocados are ready to eat when they're soft to the touch at the top of the avocado.

Add ~½ T lime juice (about ½ lime, juiced) and ¼ teaspoon garlic salt to avocado. Mash with spoon or fork if needed, mash until desired smoothness.
